Gender Analysis: Conducting assessments to understand the specific needs, challenges, and opportunities for different genders within communities and programs.

Capacity Building: Providing training and resources to organizations and communities on gender-responsive practices, safeguarding measures, and inclusive development strategies.

Policy Advocacy: Engaging with policymakers to promote gender-sensitive policies and practices that protect the rights of marginalized groups and ensure their participation in development processes.

Program Design and Implementation: Developing projects that explicitly address gender disparities and foster inclusive practices, ensuring that all community members benefit from development initiatives.

Safeguarding Frameworks: Establishing and promoting safeguarding policies that protect individuals from harm, exploitation, and abuse in all programs and activities.
