We utilize the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) approach in course and content development, incorporating Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Design (TD), Content Development (CD), Implementation, and post-training Evaluation of Behavior Change (EBC).
